Synthesis of Scientific Concepts 

Molly Davisson (former fellow student) and I created a clinical homework packet that requires the learner to apply scientific principles from health assessment, pathophysiology, and pharmacology to the nursing care of a patient case study. The learner must also create a concept map and incorporate evidence-based practice/research findings.    

The first copy (first 9 pages of pdf) is the student copy with blanks for filling in answers. The second copy (last 9 pages of the pdf) is the answer key with our answers filled in.  

The patient is Med/Surg patient who is transferred to the MICU due to worsening condition and risk for septic shock. See packet for detailed information.
